Microsoft offers a tool called Transcript Sharing, which can be accessed from the benefits and exams dashboard. Under the section called Transcript, click the Share link.
You will be asked to create an Access Code (which can be changed at any time) and given a Transcript ID. You will then provide these two codes to your selected audience, along with a URL to view your transcript.
Q. I have certifications from multiple providers; can I combine all my credentials into one transcript?
Microsoft has worked with the IT Certification Council (ITCC), along with other industry certification providers, to provide MCPs with the opportunity to create one transcript across providers. Under the Transcript section of the benefits and exams dashboard, click Create a multi-vendor transcript. You will then be asked to provide your transcript sharing codes. The transcript sharing code can be found by clicking Share your transcript.
Q. What if I cannot print or access my transcript?
If you cannot print or access your transcript, contact your Microsoft Regional Service Centre.
To ensure a prompt response:
Use the email address associated with your Microsoft Certification ID (MC ID), if possible.
Have your Microsoft Certification ID number available.
If you do not know your Microsoft Certification ID, have other information available, such as your address, telephone number, exam numbers and completion dates.
Q. I viewed my transcript but it is missing data. Why can't I see all my data?
It can take up to two weeks for Microsoft to receive and process your exam records. If it has been more than two weeks since you took your exam, and the results still do not appear on your transcript, or if you notice any other problems, contact your Microsoft Regional Service Centre.

4 1. Overview Microsoft Operations Framework Foundation (MOFF.EN) Summary The Microsoft Operations Framework Foundation exam is based on the MOF guidance. This guidance consists of best practices and provides guidelines to determine what is needed for the IT organization and how to successfully approach IT Service Management. This module offers an introduction to IT Service Operations Management and covers the essential elements and concepts of MOF. Context In the MOF Foundation module the following topics will be dealt with: The MOF overview The Plan phase The Deliver phase The Operate phase The Manage layer Target group The MOF Foundation module is aimed at professionals who contribute to the operations of IT services and candidates who want to work in these professions. Prerequisite(s) Practical experience in the field of Operations Management is recommended. Yes, it is possible!... here is how.
1. Right click on the schema node you want to promote, select Promote-->show promotions.2. On the “property fields” tab, click on the folder icon (to add new propertyschema)3. Expand the references, expand Microsoft.BizTalk.GlobalPropertySchemas and select  FILE.bts_file_properties.4. Add your node as promoted and select ReceivedFileName in the property column as the property to which to promote to.5. In the send port configuration use the macro %SourceFileName%6. Don’t forget to use XMLReceive pipeline at the receive port.
That’ it! No custom pipeline no orchestration. This can be useful in content based routing scenarios where there are no orchestrations involved.
The XMLReceive pipeline will overwrite the source file name value in the context with the value of the field inside the message.
